The Gap Analysis is a tool created by the World Trade Center Denver that analyzes international business practices throughout the company, and is followed by a report of suggested areas of improvement. Designed as part of a program with Manufacturer's Edge, it focuses on critical areas of international business including management commitment, qualifying sales channels, compliance, product development, capacity building, pricing and payment strategies, distribution and Incoterms.
